Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.
In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.
Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.


For Product Returns due to Reasons Caused by the Customer

Any product returns due to incorrect shipping address, unidentifiable recipient, unpaid taxes and duties, or any other reasons caused by the customer will be processed as follows.

(1) For refund requests
Once the parcel returns, refund will be issued after subtracting the initial shipping cost depending on your shipping options from the returned product price.
For other countries where are non EMS service regions, refund will be issued in accordance with the EMS Premium Service.

(2) For re-delivery requests
Once the parcel returns, we’ll ship out the package again for a re-delivery without additional cost.



Shipping in Multiple Packages for Delayed Orders

We noticed that sometimes your packages had to sit in our warehouse for days because some items you ordered are out of stock and waiting to be re-stocked.
We understand how frustrating it can be, so we have decided to split your orders, if needed, and ship out them in multiple packages as they are prepared.

So, if your package arrives and some of the items are missing, please don't panick and go check your email.
(You should have received an email from us informing that your order has been  split and shipped in multiple packages.)
